Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 July 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and your engagement of services from Totalica Consultants Private Limited.
About Totalica Consultants
Totalica Consultants Private Limited is an accounting and business consultancy — not a Chartered Accountancy firm. Attestation functions requiring a practicing Chartered Accountant's sign-off (such as statutory or tax audits) are delivered in association with independent, practicing CAs empanelled with us. Non-attestation work — bookkeeping, tax preparation, internal reviews, advisory — is provided directly by our team.
Our Services
This website describes our services and indicative pricing. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are confirmed separately with you before work begins — nothing on this website constitutes a binding quote on its own.
Your Responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you provide us. Since many of our services involve statutory deadlines, delays in providing requested information or documents can affect our ability to file or complete work on time.
Fees and Payment
Pricing shown on this website is indicative and excludes applicable government fees and taxes, which are charged separately at actual. Final pricing is confirmed before any engagement begins. Payment terms are agreed per engagement.
No Guarantee of Regulatory Outcome
We exercise professional care and diligence in all engagements. However, certain outcomes (such as a government authority's acceptance of a specific tax position, or the timeline of a government approval) are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee them.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential, handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Termination
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with written notice as agreed at the start of that engagement. Fees for work already completed remain payable.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction.
