Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, service of interest, and the message you send us.

Business registration flow (Start Your New Venture): your name, email, phone number, chosen business structure, and any documents you choose to upload — which may include PAN, Aadhaar, and address proof. Like the contact form, this is sent directly to our team by email and is not stored in a public database.

Product interest (Docket, ITR Tool, GST Tool): your name, email, and practice details, when you request a demo or join a waitlist for one of our products.

Client portal (once launched): your account email, and any documents you choose to upload — which may include PAN, GST certificates, financial statements, bank statements, and similar records needed to deliver our services.

We do not currently run analytics on this website. The site includes an optional Google Tag Manager integration that stays fully inactive unless a tracking ID is configured — once enabled, it will be used only for aggregate traffic and behaviour analytics (Google Analytics 4), never for advertising, and will only set standard analytics cookies. Once the client portal is live, it will use only essential authentication cookies to keep you signed in — never tracking or advertising cookies.

Once the client portal is live, documents you upload will be held in access-controlled cloud storage, visible only to you and the Totalica staff assigned to your account — never to other clients.

We use reputable third-party service providers (for example, email delivery, cloud storage, and payment processing) to help us operate. Each is bound to handle your data securely and only for the purpose of providing that service to us.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with independent, practicing Chartered Accountants empanelled with us where a service requires their attestation or sign-off.

We may share information with government or regulatory authorities where required to deliver a filing or registration you've engaged us for, or where required by law.

We retain your information for as long as needed to deliver the engaged service, and afterward for as long as Indian law requires us to keep business and tax records (several statutes require multi-year retention of financial records).

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to info@totalica.in — subject to any records we're legally required to retain.
