Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our services are professional and advisory in nature rather than physical goods, so refunds work differently than a typical product purchase. This page explains how.
Before Work Begins
If you cancel before we've started work on your engagement, you'll receive a full refund, minus any payment gateway transaction charges already incurred.
After Work Has Commenced
Fees for work already performed are non-refundable. Where an application, filing, or registration has already been submitted to a government authority, any statutory or government fees paid to that authority are non-refundable under any circumstances — those are retained by the government, not by Totalica Consultants.
Monthly Retainer Packages
Ongoing packages (such as Compliance Pro) can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded on a pro-rata basis.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@totalica.in with your invoice or payment reference and the reason for your request. We'll review and respond within 3 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, subject to your bank's or payment provider's own processing timelines.
